Welcome!

Are you a woman looking for help with ADD/ADHD? I’m a certified life and ADHD Coach who has been working with college students and adults since 2003. For the past ten years, I have been coaching mainly women all across the country and have developed a special expertise on the issues and challenges you may be facing.

I offer non-judgmental understanding, support, and coaching to help you feel better about your life and yourself. My coaching is by phone, with flexibility as to how many times a week we talk. You can live more easily with ADHD, feel more in control, and get things done.

If you are feeling stuck, scattered, overwhelmed, inadequate, stressed out, there is hope! I offer supportive, individualized life and ADHD coaching that can help you:

  • Learn to plan, prioritize, and follow through.
  • Develop more self-awareness so you can stay on track.
  • Learn how to break things down into manageable steps so you can get things done.
  • Practice strategies to feel less overwhelmed and stop procrastinating.
  • Develop organizational systems that work for you and your family.
  • Realize that your challenges because of ADHD are real, brain-based, and, most importantly, not your fault.
  • Grow strength and resilience by learning to recognize your inner critic and talk back with self-compassion and self-forgiveness.
  • Work on anything in your life that needs attention or improvement with ADD/ADHD-friendly strategies. Do you need to finish a project? Have you been wanting to clean out the basement, but the thought sends you running for your life? Coaching can help you tackle anything, step by step, until it gets done.
Reduce stress and practice taking care of yourself – your heart, brain, body, and spirit. Regardless of the challenges of ADHD, you have a right to joy, connection, and a fulfilling life.
