Are you a woman looking for help with ADD/ADHD? I’m a certified life and ADHD Coach who has been working with college students and adults since 2003. For the past ten years, I have been coaching mainly women all across the country and have developed a special expertise on the issues and challenges you may be facing.

I offer non-judgmental understanding, support, and coaching to help you feel better about your life and yourself. My coaching is by phone, with flexibility as to how many times a week we talk. You can live more easily with ADHD, feel more in control, and get things done.
